Troubleshooting
Cushion does not fit the swing seat securely.
Ensure the ties are being used correctly and are tightened firmly around the swing frame. Double-check that the cushion dimensions match your swing seat dimensions precisely.
Water appears to be soaking through the fabric.
While the shell is water-resistant, it is not fully waterproof. For heavy rain or prolonged wet conditions, store the cushion indoors. Ensure the fabric is completely dry before use or storage.
Cushion feels less plush over time.
The luxury foam filling may compress slightly with regular use. Gently fluff the cushion periodically. Ensure the cushion is not overloaded or subjected to excessive weight beyond normal seating.
Red colour appears faded.
This may be due to prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. To prevent further fading, store the cushion indoors or under cover when not in use.
