Setup
The trellis can be installed in several ways:
- Fence Topper: Attach the trellis to the top of an existing fence using screws or appropriate fixings. Ensure the fixings are suitable for the fence material.
- Stand-Alone Panel: Use posts to secure the trellis in the ground. Dig holes for the posts, insert the posts, and use concrete or post supports to stabilize them. Attach the trellis to the posts using screws.
- Wall Mounting: Use appropriate wall fixings to securely attach the trellis to a wall. Ensure the fixings are suitable for the wall material.
Compatibility
The trellis is compatible with various climbing plants, including:
- Roses
- Clematis
- Honeysuckle
- Ivy
Care
- Cleaning: Occasionally clean the trellis with a soft brush and water to remove any dirt or debris.
- Inspection: Regularly inspect the trellis for any signs of damage or wear. Address any issues promptly.
- Maintenance: To prolong the life of the trellis, consider applying a wood treatment or stain every few years, following the manufacturer's instructions. This will provide additional protection against the elements.
