Troubleshooting

Jacket feels less warm than expected.

Ensure the jacket is properly zipped and the hood is adjusted to trap heat. Check that all closures are fastened to prevent cold air from entering. The fit of the jacket should not be too loose to trap heat. If the problem persists, check for any damage to the insulation.

Water is penetrating the fabric.

Check the fabric's water resistance by applying a water repellent treatment. This is not uncommon and may be required after several washes. Inspect for tears or damage to the fabric that may need professional repair.

Zipper is sticking or difficult to close.

Apply a zipper lubricant to ease the movement. Ensure no fabric is caught in the zipper teeth. If the problem persists, the zipper may need to be replaced by a professional.
