Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your trainers, follow these guidelines:
- Fit: Ensure you are wearing the correct UK size to allow for natural foot swelling during exercise.
- Cleaning: Use a soft-bristled brush to remove dried mud or debris from the outsole. Wipe the mesh upper with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid submerging them in a washing machine.
- Drying: Air dry the shoes at room temperature. Avoid direct heat sources like radiators, as these can warp the EVA foam and damage the adhesive bonds.
- Rotation: If you run daily, consider alternating between two pairs to allow the midsole cushioning materials to recover their shape between uses.
