These irons are ideal for adult golfers, particularly those with mid-to-high handicaps or beginners, who are seeking maximum forgiveness, higher launch, and consistent distance. They are designed for game improvement.
The 360 degrees Undercut Cavity is engineered to increase ball speed and forgiveness across the entire clubface by allowing for more face flex and promoting a higher launch.
The Progressive Tri-Sole Design helps the club glide more efficiently through the turf, reducing digging and improving contact consistency, especially on off-center or heavy strikes.
Yes, the integrated Urethane Microspheres are designed to absorb unwanted vibration, providing a softer, more forged-like feel at impact while still delivering the speed and forgiveness characteristic of game-improvement irons.
The available shaft options are the True Temper Denali Frost Silver in 60g (Regular) and 70g (Stiff) flex, and the Mitsubishi Chemical Vanquish 50 in R2 flex (lighter weight, high launch/spin).
Yes, the product description indicates that Left Hand (LH) availability is listed as 'Yes' for clubs 4 through AW.
Clean the clubface and grooves after each use with a soft, damp cloth to remove dirt and grass. Avoid abrasive cleaners. Ensure the clubs are dried thoroughly before storing.
Ensure the clubface is clean. Check for any visible damage to the clubface or shaft. Verify you are making solid contact in the center of the clubface.
The urethane microspheres are designed to dampen vibration. If excessive vibration is still felt, ensure the club is in good condition. It could indicate a problem with ball strike location or grip.
This may relate to swing dynamics or shaft selection. If consistently too high, consider a stronger shaft or a lower lofted club if available in the set. If too low, ensure proper turf interaction and a full swing.
Focus on maintaining your swing arc and ensuring the sole of the club is interacting correctly with the turf, as designed by the progressive tri-sole. Practice on the range to refine your angle of attack.
Setup: These irons are designed for immediate use out of the box. No specific setup is required beyond ensuring they are gripped correctly. Consider having them fitted to your specific swing dynamics for optimal performance.
Compatibility: The Callaway Quantum Max OS irons are designed for adult golfers of all genders. They are compatible with standard golf bags and accessories. Shaft options include True Temper Denali Frost Silver (60g Regular, 70g Stiff) and Mitsubishi Chemical Vanquish 50 (R2 flex). Grips are Lamkin Crossline 360 standard size.
Care: To maintain performance and longevity, clean the clubfaces after each use with a soft, damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. Avoid harsh chemicals. Store clubs in a dry environment, preferably with headcovers to protect the finishes. Periodically check the grips for wear and tear; replace them if they become slick or damaged.
