Product Information

Full details

This Shire Salcey Playhouse, measuring 8 x 8ft, is designed for adventurous play. Constructed using the traditional log cabin method with 28mm individual log boards, it features a robust tongue and groove floor supported by pressure-treated joists for enhanced durability. The playhouse includes two opening windows and a door, both equipped with a draft seal system for optimal comfort. Safety is a top priority, as it is fully CE-certified and complies with BS EN71 standards. The door incorporates a full-length piano hinge to prevent finger entrapment, and the windows are glazed with styrene for safety. Crafted from high-grade, slow-grown, FSC-approved northern European pine, this playhouse is supplied untreated and requires preservative treatment immediately after installation. The roof is covered with green mineral felt for protection against the elements. Self-assembly is required, with all necessary fixings, mineral roof felt, and instructions provided. Upon ordering, you will receive a link to schedule your delivery, along with live tracking information on the day of delivery. Please ensure you have a flat, level base prepared for assembly, as grass, soil, or gravel are unsuitable. Imperial dimensions are approximate; please refer to the metric dimensions for precise measurements. Delivery is currently unavailable to the following postcodes: DG, TD, KA, ML, EH, G, PA, FK, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, and KW.
