Ingredients Capstar Flea Treatment for Medium and Large Dogs (Over 11kg) - Nitenpyram 57mg. CAPSTAR 57mg for Large Dogs are tablets for large dogs, containing nitenpyram as an active ingredient. This neonicotinoid inhibits the transmission of excitation, which helps to fight pest infestations by causing the death of adult fleas.
