Troubleshooting
Bag feels stiff or has creases
Allow the bag to relax at room temperature. Minor creases from shipping will typically smooth out with use.
Zipper is difficult to move
Ensure there are no fabric obstructions in the zipper teeth. Gently try to move the zipper back and forth. A small amount of silicone-based lubricant can be applied to the teeth if needed, but use sparingly.
Water seeping through seams
While the fabric is waterproof, seams are typically not fully sealed. For extreme conditions, consider using waterproof inner bags for highly sensitive items.
Reduced water resistance over time
Ensure the bag is cleaned and dried properly after exposure to moisture. Avoid prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals or excessive heat, which can degrade the PU coating.
