The Karen Millen Stripe Jacquard Halter Neck Woven Maxi Dress is designed for the modern bride seeking a blend of contemporary edge and timeless elegance for ceremonies or destination weddings. This gown features a refined halterneck, an open-back silhouette, and a textured jacquard stripe fabric that provides a polished, structured look; however, the floor-grazing hem and train require careful management in outdoor or uneven terrain settings.

Yes, but be aware that the train is designed to sweep the floor and may pick up debris on grass or sand.
Due to the delicate nature of the woven jacquard, we recommend professional dry cleaning only.
Due to the halterneck and open-back design, a standard bra will be visible. We recommend backless alternatives.
The gown is designed for a structured, fitted look; consult the size guide to ensure the UK 18 fit corresponds to your measurements.
The dress features a sweeping train designed for a bridal finish; it is intended to trail behind you while walking.
The high-quality jacquard fabric is woven to be substantial, providing opacity for a refined, bridal appearance.
Steam the garment gently using a low-heat setting; avoid pressing the iron directly onto the jacquard texture.
Utilize seamless adhesive breast petals or backless adhesive bras designed for open-back silhouettes.
Consider a simple bustle modification by a tailor to elevate the train for the reception.
To ensure your dress remains in pristine condition, professional dry cleaning is recommended due to the jacquard fabric construction. When dressing, the fitted bodice and halterneck require careful handling to avoid makeup or perfume transfer. Because the dress features an open back, consider using adhesive cups or specialized backless undergarments to maintain a seamless look. Given the floor-grazing length and train, we suggest trying the gown on with your intended wedding shoes to determine if professional tailoring or hemming is necessary before the big day.
