Wi-Fi 6E is the latest generation of Wi-Fi technology, offering faster speeds, lower latency, and greater capacity, especially when used with a compatible Wi-Fi 6E router. This translates to quicker downloads, smoother streaming, and more reliable wireless connections.
Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to the MacBook Pro and a working power outlet. Try a different outlet or power adapter if available. If the battery is completely drained, it might take a few minutes for the charging indicator to appear.
Check `Activity Monitor` (found in `Applications` > `Utilities`) to see which applications are consuming significant power. Reduce display brightness, disable unnecessary Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, and close background apps. Ensure macOS is up to date, as updates often include power management improvements.
Force quit the unresponsive application by pressing `Command` + `Option` + `Esc` and selecting the app. If the issue persists, restart your MacBook Pro. Check `Activity Monitor` for high CPU or memory usage by specific apps and consider closing them if not in active use. Ensure you have sufficient free storage space.
Turn Wi-Fi off and then back on in `System Settings` > `Wi-Fi`. Restart your Wi-Fi router and modem. Ensure your MacBook Pro is within range of the Wi-Fi signal. Check for any obstructions or interference. If problems persist, try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network to isolate the issue.
Ensure your macOS is fully updated (`System Settings` > `General` > `Software Update`). If using an external display, check the cable connection and try a different cable or port. Restart your MacBook Pro. If the issue persists, it may indicate a hardware problem, and contacting Apple Support is recommended.
