Can this light be used in a fully exposed outdoor area?

No, the IP43 rating means it is designed for sheltered environments. It should not be exposed to direct rain or harsh weather conditions.

What type of light bulb should I use?

How long is the chain included?

How should I clean the weathered brass finish?

Dust regularly with a dry, soft cloth. For cleaning, use a damp cloth only and avoid abrasive chemicals that could alter the unique weathered patina.

Is assembly required?

Basic assembly is required for installation, including adjusting the chain and connecting the wiring. Light bulb installation is also necessary.

What are the dimensions of the large size pendant?

Troubleshooting

Light does not turn on

Check that the power supply is on at the mains. Verify the light bulb is correctly installed and functional. Ensure all wiring connections are secure.

Flickering light

Ensure the light bulb is screwed in tightly. Try a different compatible light bulb to rule out bulb failure. Check wiring connections for any looseness.

Uneven weathering on brass

This is a characteristic of the handcrafted, weathered finish and is not a defect. Embrace the unique patina.

Glass panels appear loose

Gently check the retaining clips or screws holding the glass. Ensure they are snug but do not overtighten, which could crack the glass.
