The internal structure and foam cushioning provide balanced support suitable for most neutral foot types.
The factory insoles are designed to work with the shoe's cushioning system; replacing them may alter the fit and performance.
Zoom Air provides a responsive, springy sensation that helps return energy to the player with every step.
Wipe the outsoles with a damp cloth to remove accumulated dust and debris that can compromise grip.
Ensure the laces are not over-tightened and check that the sock liner is correctly seated within the shoe.
To get the most out of your Nike Air Zoom GT Run EP trainers, ensure you have selected the correct UK size for your foot width to maximize the lockdown benefits. For maintenance, wipe the outsole with a damp cloth after outdoor use to remove grit and maintain grip efficacy. Avoid machine washing or using harsh detergents on the upper materials; instead, spot clean with mild soap and water, allowing them to air dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight or extreme heat sources.
