Full details
The Very Collection Arcade Medallion Rug is an ideal choice for homeowners seeking a low-maintenance, versatile flooring solution that transitions seamlessly between indoor living areas and outdoor patios. Its primary strength lies in its durable, weather-resistant flatweave construction which mimics a natural sisal aesthetic without the high upkeep, though users should note that the flatweave texture provides a firm feel rather than a plush, cushioned experience underfoot.

FAQs
Can I leave this rug outside in the rain?
Yes, the Arcade Medallion Rug is weather-resistant and can handle outdoor conditions, though it should be allowed to dry completely.
Is the rug soft to sit on?
The rug features a flatweave, sisal-look finish, which is durable and firm rather than soft or plush.
How do I remove a stain?
Blot the stain immediately with a clean, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid aggressive scrubbing to protect the weave.
Can this be used in high-traffic hallways?
Absolutely. The flatweave design is specifically engineered for durability in high-traffic zones.
Does it fade in the sun?
It is treated for UV resistance, which helps prevent significant fading even when placed in sunny areas.
Troubleshooting
Rug does not lie flat after unrolling
Reverse roll the rug for a few hours or place heavy, flat objects on the corners to encourage the fibers to settle.
Dirt stuck in the weave
Shake the rug outdoors to dislodge grit, then use a vacuum nozzle attachment to gently lift away remaining debris.
Rug slipping on smooth flooring
Place a high-quality rug pad underneath to increase friction and stability.
Pros and Cons

- Excellent durability for high-traffic areas

- UV-resistant and weather-proof
- Easy to clean flatweave surface
Cons

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your rug remains in optimal condition, roll it out fully upon arrival to allow the fibers to relax; if corners curl, gently weigh them down for 24-48 hours. When used on hard floors, a non-slip rug pad is recommended to prevent shifting. For routine maintenance, simply vacuum regularly without the use of a beater bar. If spills occur, blot the area immediately with a clean, dry cloth; for more stubborn debris, use a mixture of mild soap and water. Ensure the rug is completely dry after cleaning if exposed to moisture, particularly if placed on wooden outdoor decking.
