Troubleshooting

Chair feels wobbly or unstable.

Ensure all bolts and screws connecting the stand and basket are tightened securely. Verify that the chair is placed on a level and firm surface.

Cushion is damp or has a musty smell.

Remove the cushion and allow it to air dry completely in a well-ventilated area. If necessary, spot clean with a mild detergent and water, ensuring it dries thoroughly before use.

Rattan weaving appears dirty.

Gently clean the rattan with a soft cloth or brush dipped in a mild soap and water solution. Rinse with clean water and allow to air dry.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup:

Assembly is required for the Solace+Co Lana Garden Swing Chair. Typically, this involves securely attaching the basket to the stand using the provided hardware. Please refer to the included instruction manual for detailed step-by-step guidance.

Compatibility:

This swing chair is designed for both indoor and outdoor use. Ensure the ground surface is level and stable where the chair will be placed.

Care:

Frame: Wipe the powder-coated steel frame with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
Rattan Weaving: Clean with mild soap and water using a soft brush or cloth. Allow to air dry completely.
Cushion: The cushion cover is likely removable for spot cleaning or hand washing. Check the care label on the cushion for specific instructions. Ensure it is fully dry before placing it back on the chair.
Storage: While weather-resistant, prolonged exposure to harsh elements like heavy rain or snow might benefit from temporary covering or indoor storage during off-seasons to prolong its lifespan.
