Troubleshooting

Wobbly chair or table leg

Ensure all screws and bolts are securely tightened. Check that the furniture is placed on a level surface.

Cushion stains

Spot clean stains immediately with a mild soap and water solution. For tougher stains, refer to the cushion's care label for specific cleaning instructions.

Rust spots on frame

Although the frame is powder-coated and rust-resistant, minor spots can be addressed with a rust remover suitable for coated metal, followed by a touch-up paint if necessary.

Scratches on tabletop

While the sintered stone is scratch-resistant, avoid dragging heavy or abrasive objects across the surface. Minor scuffs can sometimes be buffed out with a non-abrasive cleaner.
