The Vionic Charlie Heels & Pumps are designed for adults who seek a blend of sophisticated style and orthopedic support. Featuring the brand's signature Vio Motion technology, these shoes provide essential arch support, cushioning, and stability to promote better body alignment during dressier occasions. While these heels offer significant comfort through a flexible EVA midsole, users should note that the 7.5 cm lift may require an adjustment period for those unaccustomed to wearing elevated footwear.

Yes, Vionic's Vio Motion technology, including the deep heel cup and arch support, is specifically designed to help alleviate common foot aches associated with plantar fasciitis.
The Vionic Charlie heel provides a lift of approximately 7.5 cm.
The Charlie pump features a built-in biomechanical footbed. Replacing it with other orthotics may alter the intended design and fit of the shoe.
The upper is crafted from high-quality leather with an animal-inspired pattern.
While they are significantly more comfortable than standard heels due to the cushioning and support, they are still categorized as dress pumps and performance will vary based on your individual comfort level with elevated footwear.
This is normal if you are new to Vionic footwear. Wear the shoes for short periods initially to let your feet adjust to the alignment support.
Ensure the shoe is the correct size. If slippage persists, consider using a gel heel grip to fill the space in the heel cup.
Because these are specialized orthopedic shoes, it is recommended that you wear them for only a few hours at a time during the first week to allow your feet to adjust to the arch support. To maintain the leather and the animal print pattern, wipe the surface gently with a dry, soft cloth after use. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent the leather from cracking. If they become wet, allow them to air dry naturally away from artificial heat sources like radiators, which could damage the leather and the EVA foam integrity.
