FAQs
What does 'TF' stand for in the product name?
'TF' stands for Turf, indicating that these boots are designed for optimal performance on artificial turf surfaces.
Are these boots suitable for natural grass pitches?
These boots are specifically designed for artificial turf. While they may offer some grip on very short, dry natural grass, they are not optimized for it and may wear faster. For natural grass, consider boots with FG (Firm Ground) or SG (Soft Ground) outsoles.
How does the Nanostrike technology improve my shot?
Nanostrike technology incorporates specific haptic elements on the upper that are designed to enhance your control and accuracy when striking the ball, leading to more precise shots.
What is the benefit of the foldover tongue?
The foldover tongue creates a larger, cleaner surface area for ball contact, which helps to improve the accuracy and power of your strikes.
Can I use these boots for indoor or hard courts?
No, these boots are not suitable for indoor courts or hard surfaces. The aggressive turf outsole is designed for the specific grip and traction needed on artificial turf and could be damaged or perform poorly on other surfaces.
How do I clean the boots?
Clean with a soft brush or damp cloth after use. Avoid harsh detergents. Allow to air dry naturally away from direct heat.
Are these boots suitable for all adult players?
Yes, they are designed for adult players. However, the specific features, like the Nanostrike technology and foldover tongue, are particularly beneficial for players who focus on their finishing and striking accuracy.
Troubleshooting
Boots feel too tight or uncomfortable
Loosen the laces and re-tie them, ensuring an even distribution of pressure. The floating tongue can also be adjusted. If discomfort persists, consider if the regular fit is suitable for your foot shape.
Traction feels insufficient on turf
Ensure the turf outsole is clean and free from debris. If the boots are heavily worn, the tread pattern may have lost its effectiveness on the specific turf surface.
Laces are difficult to adjust
Ensure the laces are not frayed. If they are new, they may be stiff. Try to adjust them while the boots are slightly damp, but ensure they dry properly afterwards.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
These football boots feature a lace closure system. For optimal fit, ensure the laces are adjusted evenly, securing the foot comfortably without excessive tightness. The floating tongue design allows for easy insertion of the foot and can be adjusted to personal preference.
Compatibility:
The Predator League Tongue TF are specifically designed for use on artificial turf (TF) surfaces. Their outsole pattern is optimized for the unique demands of these pitches and may not perform optimally or could wear faster on other surfaces like firm ground (FG), soft ground (SG), or indoor courts.
Care:
- After use, always remove excess dirt and mud from the boots using a soft brush or damp cloth. Avoid using harsh detergents or solvents.
- Stuff the boots with newspaper or dry cloths to absorb moisture and help them retain their shape during drying.
- Allow the boots to air dry naturally at room temperature. Do not place them near direct heat sources such as radiators or in direct sunlight, as this can damage the materials.
- Store the boots in a cool, dry place when not in use.
