FAQs

How often should I wash the HEPA filter?

It is recommended to rinse the filter every 3 to 4 weeks, depending on usage frequency. Always allow 24 hours for it to air dry.

Does the vacuum work on all floor types?

Yes, the vacuum is designed for multi-surface use, including hard floors, tiles, and carpets, using the adjustable suction modes.

How long does it take to fully charge the battery?

Charging times can vary, but standard charging from empty typically takes a few hours to reach full capacity.

Can I use the vacuum without the auto-empty base?

The vacuum can be used independently, but the auto-empty feature requires the base to function.

What is the capacity of the auto-empty base?

The base features a 3L capacity, which significantly reduces the frequency of manual emptying.

Troubleshooting

Vacuum suction feels weak

Check for blockages in the floor nozzle or wand, and ensure the HEPA filter is clean and properly seated.

Auto-empty function not starting

Verify the vacuum is correctly docked and the base is powered; ensure the dust bin is pushed firmly into the dock.

Short battery life

Check if the vacuum is being operated on the 'High' setting; switch to 'Auto' or 'Low' for routine cleaning.

Pros and Cons

Filters require periodic manual washing and drying

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To set up your unit, position the Auto-Empty base near an accessible power outlet on a flat, stable surface. Ensure the vacuum is docked correctly after each use to trigger the auto-empty sequence. Maintenance is straightforward: the washable HEPA filter should be rinsed with cold water every few weeks—ensure it is completely dry before reinstalling to prevent odors or damage. Periodically check the brush roll for hair wrap to maintain suction efficiency. The dust bag in the base is designed for high capacity, but you should inspect the level periodically to ensure the intake path remains clear.
