The Tineco Floor ONE S7 Pro is designed for homeowners with hard flooring who want to consolidate vacuuming and mopping into a single, efficient process. Its standout feature is the SmoothPower bi-directional self-propulsion system, which makes maneuvering around furniture effortless. While this machine excels at deep cleaning, users should note that it is strictly for hard floors and cannot be used on carpeted surfaces.

Yes, the S7 Pro is specifically engineered for sealed hard floors, including hardwood, tile, laminate, and luxury vinyl.
The battery provides up to 40 minutes of runtime, depending on the floor mess level and the intensity of the cleaning mode used.
The system includes an automatic self-cleaning cycle that washes and dries the roller. If manual cleaning is needed, you can remove the roller and rinse it with water, allowing it to air dry completely.
You should only use the recommended Tineco cleaning solution to prevent foam buildup or damage to the internal water sensors.
While it can vacuum dry debris, it is designed as a wet/dry system. For best results, use it with water to ensure dust is captured properly in the water tank.
Check the dirty water tank for blockages and ensure the brush roller is correctly installed and free of tangles.
Refill the clean water tank to the 'Max' line and ensure it is seated firmly in the base.
Ensure the device is placed correctly on the charging dock and that the battery level is above 10%.
To set up your unit, ensure the main body is snapped into the brush head and the handle is locked into the base. Charge the device fully before the first use. For optimal performance, use only Tineco-approved cleaning solutions. Maintenance is simple: after every use, empty the dirty water tank and rinse it under running water. Use the 'Self-Clean' function on the charging dock after every heavy cleaning session to clear debris from the brush roller. Periodically check the HEPA filter and the brush roller for hair tangles to ensure maximum suction.
