FAQs

How long does the battery last?

The powerful 10,000mAh battery can provide warmth for up to 6 hours on a single charge, depending on the selected heat setting.

How do I clean the chair pad?

The soft fleece cover is hand-washable. Use mild soap and cool water, rinse well, and air dry completely. The internal heating elements are not washable; wipe the exterior if needed with a damp cloth and ensure it's fully dry before use.

Can I use the chair pad while it's charging?

It is recommended to use the chair pad after it has been fully charged. Using it while charging may affect battery performance over time.

What is the size of the Duux Mellow chair pad?

The chair pad measures 40x110 cm, providing ample coverage for both the seat and backrest of most chairs.

Is the chair pad suitable for outdoor use?

Yes, the cordless and lightweight design, along with the water-repellent coating, makes it suitable for comfortable use both indoors and outdoors.

What safety features does it have?

The Duux Mellow includes an overheat safety feature to ensure the device operates safely and prevents overheating.

Does it come with a power adapter for charging?

The product includes the battery pack and USB charging cable. A separate USB power adapter (e.g., a wall plug or power bank) is required for charging and is not included with the chair pad.

Troubleshooting

Device does not turn on.

Ensure the battery pack is fully charged. Check that the USB cable is securely connected to both the battery and the charging source during charging. Try a different USB charging port or adapter.

Not heating or heating weakly.

Confirm the device is turned on and a heat setting is selected. Check the battery level; it may need recharging. Ensure the heating element is not obstructed or damaged.

Uneven heating.

Ensure the pad is laid flat and not bunched up. The graphene heating element is designed for even heat, but significant creasing can impede distribution.

Battery drains very quickly.

Higher heat settings consume battery power faster. Try using a lower heat setting for extended use. Ensure the battery is fully charged before use.
