No, the built-in compressor handles all the cooling, so no pre-freezing is required.
A standard batch takes approximately 50 minutes from start to finish.
Yes, you can use your own recipes, provided they are formulated for soft-serve consistency and meet the capacity requirements of the machine.
The compressor will generate a low hum similar to a small portable refrigerator or a quiet air conditioner during operation.
The machine can handle up to 1000g of ice cream mix per batch.
No, the machine is designed for immediate serving. Any leftover soft serve should be transferred to a freezer-safe container for storage.
Check that the ventilation gaps are not blocked. Ensure the ambient room temperature is not too hot, as the compressor requires air circulation to function.
The mixture may have hardened. Run the cleaning cycle with warm water to dissolve any remaining sugar or fat deposits in the dispensing nozzle.
The unit may have a thermal overload protection feature. Ensure it is not being overfilled and allow it to rest for 30 minutes before restarting.
Setting up the unit is straightforward: place it near a power outlet on a level surface, ensuring that the air vents at the rear and sides remain unobstructed to allow the compressor to function correctly.
