Zipper is stiff or stuck
Gently try to move the zipper back and forth. Apply a small amount of wax (like a candle or lip balm) or silicone lubricant along the zipper teeth. Clean any debris that might be obstructing the zipper.
Straps feel uncomfortable
Adjust the shoulder straps to ensure they sit correctly on your shoulders. Use the sternum strap for added stability and to distribute weight. Ensure the backpack is not overpacked, which can cause discomfort.
Backpack does not stand upright
Distribute weight evenly inside the backpack. Heavier items should be placed closer to the back panel. Ensure the contents are packed in a way that provides a stable base.
