FAQs
Are these sandals waterproof?
They are water-friendly and made of EVA, but they are not intended for swimming or prolonged submersion in water.
Can I wear these for long walks?
They are designed for all-day comfort, but their performance is optimized for casual daily wear rather than intensive hiking or long-distance walking.
How do I determine my size?
The sandals follow standard UK sizing. Use your typical size, but keep in mind that the structured footbed requires a precise fit.
Do these sandals provide enough support for plantar fasciitis?
Yes, the Vio Motion Technology is specifically designed to provide the arch support and heel stability often recommended for plantar fasciitis.
Can the straps be adjusted?
The stretch-gore bands are elastic and designed to adapt to your foot shape automatically, but they do not feature manual buckles or velcro adjustments.
Troubleshooting
Feeling discomfort in the arch area when first wearing.
This is normal for Vio Motion technology. Limit initial wear to 1-2 hours per day until your feet acclimate to the support.
Sandals feel slippery when wet.
While the EVA material is moisture-resistant, avoid wearing in high-slick environments like pool decks; wipe the footbed dry after contact with water.
Stretch-gore bands feel too tight.
The bands are designed to be snug for security, but ensure you are wearing the correct UK size. If the discomfort persists, verify that your foot is positioned correctly within the heel cup.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Vionic Sky Sandals provide the most benefit, it is recommended that new users wear them for a few hours at a time during the first few days to allow the foot and the arch support to adjust to one another. For cleaning, wipe the surface of the straps and the footbed with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary; avoid submerging them in water or using harsh detergents, as this may degrade the foam materials. Store the sandals away from extreme heat sources to prevent the EVA foam from warping or shrinking.
