The Sigma 28-45mm F1.8 DG DN Art lens for L-mount cameras is a groundbreaking full-frame zoom lens, setting a new standard with its world's first F1.8 constant maximum aperture. This lens delivers exceptional sharpness and clarity comparable to prime lenses across its entire zoom range. Weighing just 960g, it's designed for comfortable hand-held shooting and gimbal setups. The optical design effectively suppresses aberrations using 3 aspherical elements and 5 SLD glass elements, ensuring superior image quality even at wide apertures. It features a minimum focusing distance of 30cm throughout the zoom range and a maximum magnification ratio of 1:4 at 45mm. The lens incorporates internal zoom for a constant physical length, HLA autofocus for fast and precise focusing, and an optical design that minimizes focus breathing, making it ideal for video creators. Additional features include a de-click switch for aperture control, a lockable aperture ring, and a dust- and splash-resistant construction for durability in various shooting conditions. The filter size is 82mm.
