Yes, the Miniml Nourish and Repair Shampoo is formulated for gentle daily cleansing without stripping natural oils, making it ideal for frequent washing.

Can this shampoo be used on curly hair?

Absolutely. This shampoo is specifically designed to be curl-friendly, helping to cleanse gently while maintaining the integrity and hydration of curls.

What does 'readily biodegradable' mean for this product?

It means the ingredients in the shampoo are designed to break down naturally and quickly in the environment after use, reducing ecological impact.

You purchase the shampoo in a reusable 'forever bottle'. Refills are available, and empty refill packaging can be returned to Miniml's factory to be cleaned and reused, promoting a circular economy.

What specific ingredients are excluded from this shampoo?

It is free from sulphates, parabens, phosphates, lanolin, VOCs, chlorine bleaches, and solvents.

Does the shampoo have a strong scent?

Troubleshooting

Shampoo not lathering well

Ensure hair is thoroughly wet before applying. Some natural formulations lather less than conventional shampoos; a good lather is not always indicative of cleaning power. Try a second wash if needed.

Hair feels slightly dry after washing

While designed for gentle cleansing, very dry or porous hair may benefit from a conditioner. Ensure you are rinsing thoroughly. Consider using the shampoo as part of a routine with a complementary conditioner.

Scalp irritation persists

Although formulated for sensitive scalps, individual reactions can occur. Discontinue use if irritation worsens and consult a healthcare professional. Ensure you are not sensitive to any specific botanical ingredients.

Refill packaging return instructions unclear

Refer to the QR code on the refill packaging or the Miniml website for detailed instructions on how to return empty packaging for reuse. This typically involves arranging a return to their factory.

Strong commitment to vegan, cruelty-free, and sustainable practices.
Free from common harsh chemicals.
Works effectively in both hard and soft water.

Cons

The subtle fragrance might not appeal to everyone.

Effectiveness can vary depending on individual hair porosity and condition.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: The shampoo is ready to use upon purchase. For the refill system, ensure you have the Miniml 'forever bottle'. When refilling, simply pour the refill liquid into your existing bottle.

Compatibility: This shampoo is suitable for all adult hair types, including sensitive scalps and curly hair. It is formulated to be effective in both hard and soft water conditions.

Care: Store the bottle upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. To maintain the longevity of the 'forever bottle', rinse it thoroughly if switching between different Miniml shampoo variants. For the refill packaging, once empty, you can return it to the Miniml factory for cleaning and reuse by following the instructions (often via a QR code on the packaging).
