The Vionic Uptown Loafers are ideal for active adults seeking a blend of professional aesthetics and podiatrist-designed support for daily wear and travel. These loafers offer the significant advantage of Vio-Motion technology, which actively works to alleviate heel pain and provide superior arch support, though new users should note that the orthotic footbed requires a brief one-to-two-week break-in period to feel fully comfortable.

Yes, the Vio-Motion technology specifically features arch support and deep heel cups designed to help alleviate heel pain caused by Plantar Fasciitis.
Yes, the lightweight EVA cushioned insole is removable.
It typically takes 1-2 weeks of regular wear for your feet to fully adapt to the orthotic comfort provided by these shoes.
The upper is made of premium leather; it is not waterproof, so avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain.
The heel height is approximately 1.12 inches.
This is normal. Wear the shoes for short periods over 1-2 weeks to allow your feet to adapt to the orthotic structure.
Use a high-quality leather conditioner or a soft cloth dampened slightly with water to gently buff the affected area.
Always use the integrated back pull tab to assist with entry and prevent collapsing the heel counter.
To ensure the best experience, wear your new Vionic shoes for only a few hours at a time during the first week to allow your feet to adapt to the orthotic arch support. For daily care, wipe the leather upper with a clean, soft, dry cloth to remove dust. If the shoes become wet, allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources. Because the EVA insole is removable, you can occasionally pull it out to allow the shoe interior to air out fully, or replace it if needed. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use to maintain the shape of the leather.
