Troubleshooting

The wheels are not rolling smoothly.

Check for obstructions like dirt or debris. Clean the wheels and ensure the axles are clear. Also, make sure the bag isn't overloaded.

The handle is stuck or doesn't extend/retract properly.

Check for any obstructions in the handle mechanism. If the handle is still stuck, gently try to retract or extend it while applying some pressure.

Zippers are difficult to close.

Ensure the zipper teeth are aligned and that no fabric is caught. Lubricate the zipper with a zipper lubricant to aid its movement.

The bag is difficult to maneuver in tight spaces.

Be mindful of the bag's size when navigating narrow areas. Try to turn the bag by tilting it slightly to get around obstructions.

The bag is damaged (tear or rip).

Assess the extent of the damage. If the damage is minor, consider using a repair kit (if applicable) or seek professional repair services to fix the damage.
