FAQs
Are these trainers suitable for running?
The Nike Promina Trainers are designed for everyday wear and casual activities. While they offer comfort for walking and light movement, they are not specifically engineered for high-impact running and may not provide the necessary support or cushioning for serious athletic training.
What material are the Nike Promina Trainers made of?
The product description indicates that the trainers are made from Polyester, contributing to their durability and comfort for everyday wear.
How do I know if I have the right size?
It is recommended to consult the Nike sizing chart and measure your foot. Trying the trainers on indoors on a clean surface is the best way to confirm the fit before wearing them outdoors.
Can I machine wash these trainers?
No, machine washing is not recommended as it can damage the materials and construction of the trainers. Hand wash gently with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary.
What is the return policy for these trainers?
Return policies vary by retailer. Please refer to the specific retailer's website or contact their customer service for information on returns and exchanges.
Do these trainers come in other colors?
The current product information specifies a White and Green colorway. Availability of other colors may vary depending on the retailer and current stock.
Troubleshooting
Sizing feels off
Ensure you have checked the Nike sizing chart carefully and measured your foot correctly. If the fit is still not ideal, consider exchanging for a different size. Refer to the product description for available sizes.
Laces fraying or breaking
Replace the laces with standard shoelaces of a similar length. You can find replacement laces at most shoe stores or online retailers.
Slight discomfort on first wear
New shoes can sometimes require a short break-in period. Wear them for short durations initially and gradually increase the wear time as they conform to your feet.

Compatibility: The Nike Promina Trainers are designed for general adult female footwear. They are compatible with a wide range of casual attire, including jeans, shorts, athletic wear, and casual dresses.
Care: To maintain the appearance and longevity of your trainers:
- Cleaning: Gently clean the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, use mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
