FAQs

What are the dimensions of the cushion?

Can I wash the entire cushion in the washing machine?

No, only the cover is machine washable. You must remove the internal padding before washing the cover.

Is the fabric completely waterproof?

What type of print does the cushion have?

It features a beautiful botanical leaf print design.

Can this cushion be used indoors?

Yes, the versatile design makes it suitable for indoor use in conservatories, caravans, or as an accent cushion.

What is the benefit of the removable cover?

The removable zip cover allows for easy and convenient cleaning, ensuring the cushion stays fresh and presentable.

What colors are available?

This specific guide is for the 'Floral - Black' variant. Other color options may be available under different product listings.

Troubleshooting

Cushion cover is dirty

Unzip the cover, remove the padding, and machine wash the cover according to its care label instructions.

Fabric seems wet after light rain

This is normal due to the water-resistant nature. Allow the cushion to air dry completely before use. For prolonged wetness, remove padding and air dry both parts separately.

Zipper is stuck

Gently try to move the zipper back and forth. Apply a small amount of graphite (from a pencil lead) or silicone spray to the teeth of the zipper and try again.
