No, the Savannah divan base is a foundation system and does not include a mattress.
Yes, the modular design allows for flexible placement of the base sections depending on your room layout.
The included headboard is 54 inches tall, making it a prominent floor-standing feature.
The product includes the necessary fixings for setup, though having a basic screwdriver on hand is recommended for the headboard attachment.
The chrome gliders are pre-fitted to protect your floors and are designed to remain on the base.
Check the floor levelness or ensure no debris is caught in the metal runners; verify that the base is correctly aligned.
Re-check and tighten the pre-fitted metal clips holding the base segments together.
Ensure the bolts securing the headboard to the base are fully tightened and the unit is flush against the wall.
Assembly is designed to be efficient. Simply position the base sections, use the included metal clips to secure them together, and attach the headboard using the provided fixings. The base is compatible with all standard UK-sized mattresses. For care, vacuum the upholstery regularly to prevent dust accumulation. Use a mild detergent on a soft, damp cloth to spot-clean any spills, and avoid using harsh chemicals that could damage the fabric. Periodically check the metal clips to ensure the base sections remain tightly joined.
