FAQs

How do I know the correct size?

Durex Originals have a nominal width of 52mm, designed for a narrower fit. Refer to product packaging for more information.

What is the expiration date?

Always check the expiration date printed on the condom packaging before use. Do not use expired condoms.

Can I use these condoms with other lubricants?

Yes, but ensure the lubricant is compatible with latex condoms. Water-based lubricants are usually recommended.

What should I do if the condom breaks?

If the condom breaks during use, stop immediately and seek medical advice, including potential testing for STIs and emergency contraception, if necessary.

How should I store Durex Originals Condoms?

Store condoms in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid storing them in wallets or pockets for extended periods.

Are Durex Originals suitable for people with latex allergies?

No, Durex Originals condoms are made from latex. People with latex allergies should choose non-latex options.

Troubleshooting

Condom feels too tight.

Ensure correct application. The Originals have a narrower fit; consider a different product if it continues to be uncomfortable.

Condom tears during use.

Check for any damage before use. Ensure proper lubrication if needed. Replace immediately if a tear occurs.

Difficulty unrolling the condom.

Ensure the condom is oriented correctly (the rolled edge should be facing outwards). The condom may be damaged if it is difficult to unroll.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Preparation: Before use, carefully check the expiry date on the packaging.
Application: Gently tear the wrapper open from the notch. Do not use sharp objects.
Placement: Place the condom on the erect penis before any sexual contact.
Usage: Pinch the tip of the condom to remove any air, then roll it down the shaft of the penis.
Removal: After intercourse, hold the base of the condom firmly and withdraw the penis while it is still erect. Carefully roll the condom off and dispose of it in a waste bin. Do not flush it down the toilet.

*Care:* Store condoms in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not use if the wrapper is damaged or if the condom appears sticky or brittle.
