FAQs

What material is this duvet cover set made from?

The duvet cover set is made from 100% pure cotton with a 200 thread count percale weave.

Is a duvet or pillow included with this set?

No, this is a duvet cover set and pillowcase set; the duvet insert and pillow inserts are sold separately.

How do I wash and care for the duvet cover set?

It is machine washable at 40°C. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on a low heat setting and iron on a medium heat. Wash dark colors separately and keep away from fire.

What does 'fully reversible' mean for this product?

The duvet cover and pillowcases feature a classic stripe design on one side and a smaller, delicate stripe pattern on the reverse, allowing you to switch the look of your bedding.

What is the thread count and weave of the fabric?

The fabric has a 200 thread count and is a percale weave, known for its smooth and crisp feel.

Does the duvet cover have a specific fastening type?

Yes, the duvet cover features button fastening to keep the duvet securely inside.

What type of closure do the pillowcases have?

The pillowcases have an envelope closure, providing a neat and secure fit for your pillows.

Troubleshooting

Duvet cover buttons are difficult to fasten.

Ensure the duvet is positioned correctly within the cover before attempting to fasten. If buttons are still stiff, they may loosen slightly with continued use.

Pillowcase feels loose.

Ensure you are using the correct size pillow for the pillowcase and that the envelope closure is fully utilized to tuck the pillow in securely.

Fabric feels stiff after washing.

Percale cotton can feel crisp initially. Using a fabric softener on a low heat tumble dry cycle can help soften the fabric. Ensure the care instructions regarding washing and drying are followed.
