While it may be ready in less time, it is recommended to wait the full 72 hours for the mattress to achieve its complete shape and firmness.
Yes, the 7-zone system is designed to provide specific support to the hips and shoulders, which helps side sleepers maintain a neutral spine.
This mattress is compatible with most stable, flat surfaces including slatted bed frames, platform beds, or box springs.
No, the combination of gel-infused foam and the side air mesh is specifically engineered to promote airflow and dissipate heat.
Yes, the mattress is built with CertiPUR-US and OEKO-TEX certified materials, ensuring they are free from harmful chemicals and substances.
Wait the full 72 hours as instructed. It can take several days for the compressed foam and springs to fully recover their structural shape.
This is common with new foam products. Ensure the room is well-ventilated by opening windows, and the scent will dissipate within a few days.
Allow your body about 2–4 weeks to adjust to the new support system. If discomfort persists, ensure your bed base provides adequate, flat support.
Upon delivery, the TeQsli mattress will arrive in a vacuum-compressed, rolled state. Carefully move the package to your bedroom before opening, as it will be significantly easier to position while still in its compact form. Once the plastic packaging is removed, the mattress will begin to expand immediately; however, you must allow 72 hours for it to regain its full shape and for the materials to settle. This mattress is compatible with most standard bed frames, including slatted bases and platform beds. For ongoing care, rotate the mattress every few months to ensure even wear, and use a mattress protector to keep the surface clean and hygienic.
