Troubleshooting
Zipper is stiff or difficult to open/close.
Gently apply a small amount of graphite pencil lead or a silicone-based lubricant to the zipper teeth. Work the zipper back and forth to smooth its movement.
Straps feel uncomfortable or slip.
Ensure the shoulder straps are adjusted evenly and tightened securely. Check that the rucksack is not overpacked, which can affect weight distribution.
Water resistance seems compromised after use.
Inspect the fabric for any tears or punctures. Clean the exterior and allow it to air dry. For minor wear, a water-repellent spray specifically designed for polyester fabrics can be reapplied, following product instructions.
