Nike Phantom GX 2 Elite FG - Beige - UK 10.5

The Nike Phantom GX 2 Elite FG is specifically designed for Firm Ground (FG) pitches, which are natural grass surfaces that are dry or slightly damp.

No, these FG boots are not recommended for artificial turf (AG) as it can damage the studs and reduce performance. Always use AG-specific boots for artificial surfaces.

After each use, remove loose dirt with a soft brush or damp cloth. For tougher grime, use a mild soap solution and air dry them naturally away from direct heat.

Always try them on with your typical football socks. Ensure a snug fit without being uncomfortably tight, with minimal space at the toe. Proper lacing also plays a crucial role in fit.

The 'Elite' designation indicates that these are Nike's top-tier performance boots, incorporating the most advanced technologies and premium materials for optimal play.

Yes, it is recommended to wear them for a few short training sessions before competitive matches to allow the materials to mold to your foot shape, ensuring maximum comfort and performance.

This is often part of the break-in process. Wear the boots for shorter periods during training. Ensure your socks are appropriate and consider thicker socks initially. Check your lacing for overly tight spots.

Verify that you are playing on a firm ground pitch. These boots are not designed for artificial turf or excessively wet/muddy soft ground. If on FG, check studs for wear or damage. Clean any mud buildup from the soleplate.

Ensure you are wearing moisture-wicking football socks. After play, remove insoles (if removable) to allow internal drying and use cedar shoe trees to absorb moisture.

Review care instructions. Improper cleaning, drying, or use on incompatible surfaces (e.g., artificial turf with FG studs) can accelerate wear. Ensure proper storage and cleaning after each use.

Ensure laces are fully loosened before attempting to put on or remove. Using a shoehorn can also help preserve the heel structure and ease entry.
