Product Information
Full details
Nano-Mals Cowbert is an interactive, pocket-sized electronic pet designed for children who enjoy fidget toys and nurturing play. This Highland cow companion uses a color-changing heart meter to communicate its needs, blending sensory fidget mechanisms with classic virtual pet gameplay to keep children engaged. While highly portable and feature-rich, it requires active attention to maintain its heart meter, which may be challenging for younger children who struggle with consistent interaction.

FAQs
Does Cowbert require an app to play?
No, all 70+ features are self-contained within the toy and do not require external apps or internet connectivity.
Can I wash the tuxedo outfit?
Yes, the snap-on tuxedo is made of durable material. We recommend hand-washing it with mild soap and letting it air dry completely before reattaching it to Cowbert.
What happens if the heart meter stays empty?
The heart meter acts as a gauge for the pet's needs. If left empty for too long, Cowbert will continue to prompt the user with sounds until the specific interaction required (stroking, feeding, or moving) is performed.
Is this toy suitable for all ages?
Nano-mals are designed for children who enjoy fidget toys, but please note they contain small parts that may pose a choking hazard for children under 3 years old.
Can I use the social feature with other types of fidget toys?
The social interaction feature is specifically designed to work with other Nano-mals electronic pets only.
Troubleshooting
The pet is making too much noise in public.
Hold the nose button down for two seconds to toggle the silent mode.
The heart meter is empty and the pet won't react.
Check the battery connection or replace the batteries to ensure the electronic sensors have sufficient power to function.
The social interaction feature is not working.
Ensure both Nano-mals are within a few inches of each other and that both devices have active power.
Pros and Cons
Pros

- Highly portable design with integrated keychain clip
- Encourages tactile play through physical buttons and motion sensors
- Social mode enables interactive play between multiple Nano-mals
- Includes customizable accessories for added sensory variety
Cons

- Smaller physical buttons may be difficult for some children to operate
- Lacks a physical 'off' switch, though silent mode is available
Setup, Compatibility & Care
Cowbert is ready to play out of the box, requiring no complex software installation. The snap-on tuxedo outfit can be attached by lining up the clips and pressing until they click into place. To preserve the device, keep it away from water and extreme temperatures. If you wish to use the device in quiet environments, simply hold the nose for two seconds to activate the silent mode. Since it functions as a keychain, ensure the clip is securely fastened to a bag or zipper to avoid accidental loss. To clean the hard plastic shell, wipe gently with a dry, lint-free cloth; avoid using liquid cleaning agents that could seep into the electronic components.
