The Threadbare Longline Showerproof Funnel Neck Coat is an essential piece of outerwear for men who need reliable protection during transitional weather without sacrificing style. This coat is designed for individuals seeking a functional, longline silhouette that offers extra coverage against light rain and wind, thanks to its durable polyester construction and protective showerproof finish. While it is perfect for daily commutes or casual outings, users should note that while it is showerproof, it is not designed for heavy, prolonged rain exposure.

It features a padded lining, making it great for autumn, spring, or mild winters. For sub-zero temperatures, you may need to layer a warmer sweater underneath.
The coat follows standard adult sizing. Refer to the size label inside the collar; if you plan to wear heavy layers, consider if you prefer a roomier fit.
It is recommended to air dry this coat. High heat in a tumble dryer can damage the padded lining and degrade the showerproof coating.
No, this specific model features a funnel neck design rather than a hood.
This coat has three pockets in total: two outer pockets for hands or gloves and one internal pocket for secure storage.
Ensure no fabric is caught in the zipper teeth and gently clear any debris; rubbing a dry graphite pencil tip on the teeth can also lubricate them.
The protective finish may have worn off. Consider using a wash-in or spray-on technical garment water-repellent treatment to restore the showerproof quality.
Because this is a ready-to-wear garment, there is no technical setup required. To maintain the showerproof finish, avoid harsh detergents and fabric softeners, as these can strip away the weather-resistant coating. If the coat becomes dirty, spot clean with a damp cloth first. When machine washing, use a gentle cycle with cold water and ensure all zips and poppers are closed. Hang the coat to air dry away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which may damage the polyester fabric or the padding.
