FAQs

Is the material breathable?

The blouse is made from a 105 gsm poplin polyester, which is lightweight and suitable for most office environments, though it is less breathable than pure cotton.

How should I wash this shirt?

Machine wash at 40 degrees Celsius. It is recommended to turn the garment inside out to preserve the fabric color and integrity.

Does this blouse need ironing?

The easycare fabric is designed to resist wrinkles. If you hang it to dry immediately, ironing is often unnecessary.

What is the fit like?

This is a tailored-fit shirt with bust and back darts, meant to follow the lines of the body for a professional look.

Can I wear this untucked?

Yes, the rounded bottom hem is specifically designed to look polished even when left untucked.

Troubleshooting

The fabric feels slightly transparent.

Pair with a skin-toned camisole to provide full coverage without compromising the blouse's professional silhouette.

Persistent wrinkles after washing.

Ensure you remove the garment from the machine immediately after the cycle ends and hang it on a shaped hanger to air dry.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure your Premier Poplin Blouse maintains its shape and color, follow these care instructions:

  1. Washing: Machine wash at 40 degrees Celsius using a gentle cycle. Turn the blouse inside out to protect the surface finish.
  2. Drying: Hang-dry immediately after the cycle to minimize the need for ironing. If ironing is necessary, use a cool setting.
  3. Compatibility: This blouse pairs perfectly with professional trousers or pencil skirts. Because it is a size 22, ensure your measurements align with the standard Premier sizing guide to take full advantage of the tailored darts.
  4. Storage: Store on a hanger to keep the collar structure and prevent fabric fatigue.
