No, it is recommended to hand wash this garment only to protect the lace and underwire integrity.
Yes, the tall chimney back design is specifically engineered to provide a smoothing effect across the back.
The 2-hook vs. 3-hook construction is determined by the size to ensure the best possible support and weight distribution for different cup and band combinations.
The Nerina is crafted with a 'powerful stretch lace' that is specifically chosen for its soft, smooth, and matt finish to prevent skin irritation.
You should not tumble dry this bra at all. Heat from a dryer can damage the straps, rings, and the structure of the underwire.
Yes, the plunge style of this bra is designed to work well with lower-cut necklines while providing consistent support.
Ensure you are using the correct hook setting and that the wings are lying flat against your ribcage without being twisted.
Ensure the lace top cup is laying flat. Because there is no elastic at the neck edge, ensure the cup size is not too small, which can cause the lace to stretch or pucker.
Check that the bra is properly sized. If the wire is digging in, the cup may be too small or the band too loose, forcing the wire out of position.
For the best fit, ensure the underwire sits flat against your breastbone. If you experience shifting, you may need to adjust the strap length. The bra uses a variable hook-and-eye system: 2-hook closures are standard for specific size ranges like 36-42DD and 34-38F, while a 3-hook closure is used for larger sizes to ensure added stability. Care is strictly limited to hand washing to protect the longevity of the fabric and the structural hardware. Never tumble dry this garment; the high heat can warp the underwire, stretch out the lace, and damage the rings and sliders on the straps, causing them to break.
