The Trespass Qikpac Waterproof Packaway Jacket is designed for active kids who enjoy outdoor play, providing a reliable shield against unpredictable weather. Its primary benefit is the combination of high-level waterproofing and breathability in an ultra-lightweight frame that packs down into its own pouch, making it perfect for school bags or travel. The main caveat is that, while highly functional for light-to-moderate rain, it is a packable shell without thermal insulation, meaning it is best used as an outer layer over warmer clothing in colder temperatures.

No, it is a waterproof shell. It is designed to be worn over layers to provide wind and rain protection.
Fold the jacket tightly and stuff it into the integrated pouch, following the creases of the material.
Yes, use a gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners as they can damage the waterproof coating.
This is a measure of breathability. It indicates how much moisture can pass through the fabric from the inside out.
Yes, it has a 5000mm rating and taped seams, making it suitable for moderate to heavy rain.
This is often due to internal moisture buildup. Ensure your child is wearing moisture-wicking layers underneath rather than cotton.
Check that all zips are fully closed and the hood is adjusted properly. If the DWR coating wears off over time, re-apply a waterproof spray treatment.
This jacket requires no formal setup; simply unzip the pouch to deploy it. In terms of compatibility, it is designed as a shell layer, meaning you should size it to accommodate a mid-layer underneath if the weather is chilly. To maintain the waterproof coating, avoid harsh detergents and bleach. Ideally, wash on a cool, gentle cycle and allow the jacket to air dry completely before repacking it into its pouch to prevent mildew buildup. Do not tumble dry or iron the fabric, as this can compromise the waterproof membrane.
