FAQs

Can I add essential oils to the water?

Is the lighting static or does it always cycle?

Will this work with a standard phone charger plug?

Yes, as long as your USB wall adapter provides the necessary power output, it will function perfectly.

Is it safe to leave on overnight?

Yes, the device is designed for quiet, extended use, though you should always ensure it is placed on a stable surface.

Troubleshooting

Device is powered on but no mist is appearing.

Check if the water level is sufficient and ensure the filter is fully saturated with water.

The unit is making an unusual noise.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: Remove the tank lid and fill the 300ml reservoir with clean water, ensuring you do not exceed the maximum fill line.
Power: Connect the included USB cable to the humidifier and insert the other end into a 5V USB power adapter, laptop port, or portable power bank.
Operation: Use the remote to turn the unit on, select your desired mist frequency, and toggle the LED light modes.
Compatibility: Compatible with any standard USB-A power outlet. It is recommended to use distilled water when possible to prevent mineral buildup inside the ultrasonic mechanism.
Care: Empty the tank if the device will not be used for an extended period. Wipe the interior with a soft cloth periodically to prevent residue buildup and ensure the mist stays clean.
