Yes, the adjustable weights allow beginners to start with lighter weights and gradually increase the load.

Wipe down the weights with a clean, dry cloth after each use. For stubborn dirt, use a mild soap solution.

Store the weights in a dry place to prevent rust. Consider using a weight rack for organized storage.

You can perform a wide variety of exercises, including squats, deadlifts, bicep curls, and shoulder presses.

Spinlock collars are used to securely fasten the weight plates to the barbell or dumbbell handles, preventing them from slipping during exercises.

Check with the retailer to see if additional weight plates are available for purchase to expand your set.

Ensure the threads on the collars and the bars are clean. Apply a small amount of lubricant if needed. Avoid overtightening.

Tighten the spinlock collars firmly. Check the condition of the collars; replace if worn.

Clean the rust with a wire brush, then apply a protective coating, such as a rust inhibitor or oil.

Practice adjusting the weights before your workout. Organize weight plates for easy access.
