Setup, Compatibility & Care
To maximize the longevity of your ski suit, keep these guidelines in mind:
- Cleaning: Remove the faux fur trim before washing. Use a technical garment cleaner designed for DWR-treated fabrics to ensure the water-repellent properties aren't compromised by standard detergents.
- Drying: Air dry the suit away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which can degrade the performance materials.
- Layering: Because this is an insulated suit, it is best paired with a thin or mid-weight synthetic base layer. Avoid heavy wool sweaters that might restrict movement and trap sweat.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place on a wide hanger to maintain the shape of the shoulders and the integrity of the insulation.
