FAQs
What makes this halter different from others?
This halter features soft synthetic fur padding on the headpiece and noseband for enhanced comfort and a decorated noseband with sparkling crystals for an elegant look.
Is the fur padding removable for cleaning?
The synthetic fur padding is integrated into the halter design and is not designed to be removed. Cleaning should be done gently in place.
Can this halter be used for turnout?
While suitable for light turnout, the faux fur material may attract dirt and debris. It is best used for controlled activities like leading or grooming, or in clean turnout environments.
How do I ensure the best fit for my horse?
Utilize the multiple adjustment points at the chin and poll to achieve a secure yet comfortable fit. The halter should not be too tight or too loose, allowing for a bit of space between the halter and the horse's skin.
Are the crystals on the noseband durable?
The crystals are decorative and designed to be eye-catching. While reasonably secure, they may be susceptible to damage if the halter is subjected to rough handling or snagging.
What size horse is this halter intended for?
This halter is designed for standard horse sizes and can be adjusted using the chin and poll straps for a customized fit.
Troubleshooting
Halter does not fit securely.
Adjust the chin and poll straps to achieve a snug, comfortable fit. Ensure the halter is the correct size for the horse.
Faux fur appears matted or dirty.
Gently brush the fur with a soft brush. For stubborn dirt, use a damp cloth or hand wash with mild soap and air dry.
Matte fittings show wear.
Clean fittings with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals which may damage the matte finish.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Unbuckle the halter.
- Gently place the halter over the horse's head, ensuring the noseband sits comfortably on the nose.
- Fasten the chin strap securely but not too tightly.
- Adjust the poll strap for a snug fit, ensuring it lies flat and evenly distributed.
Compatibility:
This halter is designed for standard horse head sizes. Ensure the adjustments allow for a comfortable fit without being too loose or constricting. It is compatible with standard lead ropes attached to the chin ring.
Care:
- Cleaning: Wipe the faux fur padding with a damp cloth to remove surface dirt. For deeper cleaning, hand wash gently with mild soap and cool water, then air dry completely away from direct sunlight.
