The Nike Training Pro Seamless Full Zip Top is an essential midlayer designed for active women who prioritize performance, comfort, and a sleek silhouette during gym sessions or yoga. Utilizing advanced Dri-FIT technology and a seamless construction, this top excels at moisture management and friction reduction; however, the cropped hem design may not provide full coverage for those preferring longer workout apparel.

It is designed as a performance midlayer; it works well for cool-weather activity but acts more as a moisture-wicking layer than heavy insulation.
Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle and hang to dry to prevent the fabric from losing its stretch or shape.
Yes, the stretchy fabric and seamless build are ideal for yoga as they allow for unrestricted movement and reduce friction against the mat.
Dri-FIT is integrated into the fabric fibers, so it should last the lifetime of the garment provided it is not coated in fabric softener.
The Nike Pro line is designed for a body-hugging, athletic fit. If you prefer a looser feel, consider sizing up.
Avoid using fabric softener in the wash, as it builds up on the synthetic fibers and prevents them from wicking sweat.
Wash the garment inside out and avoid washing with items that have rough textures or sharp components like metal zippers.
To maintain the integrity of the seamless knit and the performance of the Dri-FIT technology, it is recommended to machine wash the garment in cold water with similar colors. Avoid using fabric softeners, as these can coat the moisture-wicking fibers and reduce their effectiveness over time. Hang drying is preferred to preserve the garment's shape and elasticity. The top is designed as a versatile midlayer, so it pairs effectively with high-waisted leggings or training shorts, accommodating its modern cropped cut.
