FAQs

Are these flip flops suitable for swimming?

While the materials are water-resistant, they are designed primarily for casual wear and light water exposure like at the beach. Prolonged submersion or vigorous water activities are not recommended to maintain their shape and material integrity.

How do I know if I have the right size?

Refer to the size guide for Havaianas. Generally, flip flops should fit comfortably with a small margin at the heel and toe.

Can I wear these for a long walk?

Yes, the form-fitting sole provides support and comfort for casual, extended walks. However, for very strenuous hikes or long distances on uneven terrain, specialized footwear may be more appropriate.

What is the platform height?

The platform offers a subtle boost in height, designed to be balanced and comfortable for everyday wear without being overly tall.

Are the geometric patterns on the straps durable?

The patterns are integrated into the design of the straps. With proper care, they are designed to be durable for everyday wear.

How should I store these flip flops?

Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ensure they are clean and completely dry before storing to prevent any material damage or odor.

Troubleshooting

Straps feel stiff initially

This is normal for new synthetic straps. Wear them for short periods to break them in. Flexing the straps gently can also help.

Slight discoloration after sun exposure

Avoid prolonged direct sun exposure. If discoloration occurs, clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, then dry in shade. Store away from direct light when not in use.

Sole feels slippery on wet surfaces

While the sole is designed to be non-slip, extreme wetness can reduce grip. Exercise caution on very slick surfaces and ensure the sole is free of debris.
