FAQs

How do I ensure I pick the right size?

Measure your foot length from heel to toe in centimeters. Compare this measurement to the EU sizing chart provided in the product information. If your measurement falls between two sizes, it's recommended to choose the larger one.

What are the main design features of the LeBron 20 EP 'Purple And Gold'?

Key features include a knit upper, double-stacked Swooshes, paisley bandana patterns on the midsole, "XX" branding, a carbon fiber midfoot shank, LeBron's signature, and a multidirectional rubber outsole.

Is this shoe suitable for outdoor basketball?

While the rubber outsole provides good traction, these shoes are primarily designed for indoor courts. Performance and durability may be reduced on rough outdoor surfaces.

How should I clean my Nike LeBron 20 EP trainers?

Clean the upper gently with a damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals to preserve the materials and color.

What does the "XX" branding signify?

The "XX" branding is a design element specific to the LeBron 20 model, celebrating this milestone in LeBron James' signature line.

Does the shoe offer good ankle support?

The Nike LeBron 20 EP is a low-cut silhouette, meaning it offers less coverage around the ankle compared to high-top models. It relies more on a secure fit through the lacing system and upper construction for support.

What is the material of the upper?

The upper is constructed from a breathable knit material, designed to provide a comfortable and adaptive fit.

Troubleshooting

Incorrect Sizing

Measure your foot length carefully using the provided guide and consult the size chart. If between sizes, select the larger option. Ensure you are comparing your foot length in cm to the EU size chart.

Traction Issues on Court

Ensure the rubber outsole is clean and free from debris. For optimal grip, use the shoes on clean indoor court surfaces. Traction can be reduced on dusty or wet courts.

Discomfort or Fit Issues

Allow a break-in period for the knit upper to mold to your foot. Ensure laces are properly adjusted without being overly tight. If persistent discomfort occurs, double-check the sizing.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Stylish and unique colorway (Violet Frost, Purple Pulse, Metallic Gold).
  • Comfortable and breathable knit upper.
  • Durable construction suitable for basketball.
  • Distinctive design elements like double Swooshes and "XX" branding.
  • Provides good traction and support.

Cons

  • Sizing may require careful measurement due to variations.
  • Low-cut design may not offer the ankle support preferred by all players.
  • Premium materials might require specific care to maintain appearance.
  • Limited availability as a specific collaboration.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: These are ready-to-wear performance trainers. No assembly or setup is required.

Sizing:

Due to potential variations in foot shape and the conversion between sizing systems, it is crucial to measure your foot length accurately. Follow these steps:

  1. Measure your foot length from the heel to the tip of your longest toe.
  2. If your foot length falls between two sizes, choose the larger size.
  3. Refer to the provided size chart, ensuring you match your foot length in centimeters (cm) to the correct EU size.

*Note: The size marked on the shoe box or label may not directly correspond to foot length in cm. Always use the chart.*

Compatibility:

Designed primarily for basketball courts. The rubber outsole provides optimal traction on indoor courts. Performance may vary on outdoor or wet surfaces.

Care:

  • Cleaning: Wipe the leather and knit upper with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Drying: Allow shoes to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources.
  • Storage: Store in a cool, dry place when not in use to maintain shape and material integrity.
