FAQs

Does this set include an inner quilt or pillow?

No, this set includes the duvet cover and matching pillowcases only. The duvet insert and pillows must be purchased separately.

Can I bleach this duvet cover if it gets stained?

No, you should never use bleach on this product as it will damage the fabric and cause the printed design to fade.

How many pillowcases come with the Double and King sizes?

Both the Double and King sizes come with two matching pillowcases.

Is the fabric suitable for sensitive skin?

The polycotton blend is designed to be soft and comfortable, but individuals with specific allergies to synthetic materials should consider their personal sensitivities to polyester.

What is the best way to keep the print looking vibrant?

Wash the set inside out, use a color-safe detergent, and avoid excessive exposure to direct sunlight when drying.

Troubleshooting

Fabric feels slightly wrinkled after washing

Ensure the duvet cover is removed promptly from the dryer and ironed on a low heat setting while slightly damp if necessary.

Color fading after multiple washes

Always wash inside out and ensure the water temperature does not exceed 40°C. Avoid using detergents that contain bleach.

Button closure coming undone

Check that the quilt insert is not too large for the cover, which can cause tension on the buttons. Ensure all buttons are tucked securely through the loops.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure your Gaveno Cavailia set remains in top condition, follow these guidelines:

  1. Setup: Insert your quilt into the cover by unfastening the buttons. Smooth the duvet into the corners before closing the buttons to ensure even distribution.
  2. Compatibility: Ensure you select the correct size for your bed. The set is available in Single (135x200cm), Double (200x200cm), and King (230x220cm) sizes. Pillowcases measure 50x75cm.
  3. Washing: Machine wash at a maximum of 40°C. Always wash dark colors separately to prevent dye transfer.
  4. Maintenance: You may tumble dry the set at a low heat setting. If ironing is required, use a low temperature setting only. Avoid using bleach or professional dry cleaning services.
