FAQs

Does the light come with a bulb?

No, the Belle Wall Light requires 1 x E14 bulb, which must be purchased separately.

Can I install this myself?

As this is a hardwired lighting fixture, we strongly recommend hiring a professional electrician for safe and proper installation.

What is the projection of the light?

The fixture has a projection of 11cm from the wall.

How do I clean the crystals?

Gently dust the crystals with a dry, soft cloth. For a deeper clean, ensure the light is off and cool, then use a damp microfiber cloth with water only.

Is the finish prone to tarnishing?

The dark bronze-effect finish is durable; however, avoid using abrasive cleaning products or harsh chemicals to preserve the look.

Can this be used in a bathroom?

This light is designed for hallways, living rooms, and bedrooms. It is not rated for high-moisture environments like bathrooms.

Troubleshooting

Light fails to illuminate

Verify the bulb is screwed in correctly and check that the circuit breaker has not tripped.

Visible flickering

Ensure the bulb is compatible with your dimmer switch if installed, or replace the bulb with a new E14 unit to rule out a faulty filament.

Loose crystals

Carefully inspect the mounting points on the metal frame and ensure the glass hangers are securely fastened to the hooks.

Always turn off the power at the mains before cleaning.
