FAQs

What is the heel height of these shoes?

The stiletto heel measures between 7cm and 9cm.

What material are the shoes made from?

The shoes are made from faux leather.

How do I adjust the ankle strap?

The ankle strap features an adjustable buckle, allowing you to tighten or loosen it for a customized fit.

What occasions are these shoes suitable for?

These shoes are versatile and suitable for various daytime events, casual outings, smart-casual gatherings, and more polished affairs.

Can these shoes be worn for extended periods?

While designed with style in mind, the stiletto heel may require accustomed wear for comfort during extended periods. Consider breaking them in gradually or using comfort inserts.

How should I clean the gold faux leather?

Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or excessive moisture. For specific cleaning advice, consult products designed for faux leather care.

Troubleshooting

Ankle strap is too loose or too tight.

Utilize the adjustable buckle to find the most comfortable and secure fit. If the strap is still not ideal, consider adding a small heel grip or insole for minor adjustments.

Shoes feel uncomfortable after a short period.

Break in the shoes gradually by wearing them for short durations. Consider using padded insoles or gel inserts for added cushioning, especially in the ball of the foot or heel area.

Scuff marks on the faux leather.

Gently buff out minor scuffs with a soft cloth. For more noticeable marks, a specialized faux leather cleaner or a matching colored shoe polish (if available) might help, but test on an inconspicuous area first.
